トートバックとビジネスバックの２つで使用しています
他のストラップパッドと違い滑り止めとして全体がラバー系の素材で出来ているのが特徴。

私はなで肩なので、肩掛けすると何度も鞄を背負い直す必要があったのですが
これを使うと、まったく背負い直す必要がなくなり心理的にもかなり楽になりました。
（↑前は肩をいからせて歩いていても、１分に１回は背負い直してた。）

中もウレタン系の太いクッションが入っているので、かなり重いものを運んでも
ベルトが肩に喰い込むということはまずありません。

ブラックなのでビジネスバックでも違和感がないのがありがたいですね。
仕事でノートパソコンを外に持ち歩く人には、かなり良いんじゃないでしょうか
たぶん一度使ったら元には戻れないと思います。

一度だまされたと思って使ってみて欲しい一品。
疲れ方が全然違います

尚、Amazonの写真だとロゴのうずまきが白く見えますが
マイナーチェンジさえしていなければ実際には黄色になります。

これって二種類あります。そのうちの肩からずりおちないタイプを使っていますが肩からずりおちないのでよいですよ。ティンバック2の2007年モデル以降でストラップパッドが標準付属していないならお勧めです。2008年モデルからは標準でこのパッドが付属しますが先に書いた2種類のパッドのうち「ずり落ちる」タイプです。買い換えるかどうかはユーザ次第ですが。

確かに重さによる肩の痛みは軽減されます
でも使いにくいです
これを付けてから接触面の汗が酷くなった気がします
通気性が悪いのかな？
あと一定の場所に固定しません、ストラップ上をスルスル動きます
バックを前に回したりする時にスルッと動く様にしてあるのかと思いましたが
それにしては動きが悪いので、肩をねじって気分が悪いです
ストラップに完全に固定してれば、ストラップパッドを目印にサッと戻せるのに
微妙にずれてるんです！ちょっとイラッとします
縫って固定しょうかと考え中です
