メーカーの紹介文にあるように、とにかく簡単な操作でＷＷ２の戦車戦が楽しめるアクションゲームです。操作はキーボードのごく一部とマウスのみで行うので、少し遊べば簡単に覚えられます。
基本的には、指示に従ってマップを駆け回り、あちこちで待ち伏せている敵戦車や対戦車砲、歩兵などを倒していきます。戦闘にもややこしい要素は全然なく、バンバン撃って敵のＨＰを０にすると撃破、その後には弾薬アイテムや回復アイテムが出現する……という、何とも「ゲーム的」な内容になっています。
とはいえ、あまり何も考えずに突進していくと物陰に潜んでいた敵から集中砲火を浴びることも多く、それなりの攻略性はあります。しかし何度もプレイして敵の配置を把握していけば、アクションが得意でない人でもクリアできると思います。
「英語の指示がよく分からないため、うっかり行動可能エリアの外に出てしまい即死」を除けば、特に悩むこともないでしょう。

そんなわけなので、「本格的な戦車戦シミュレーション」をお求めの方には全くオススメできませんが、「お手軽に戦車ゲームを楽しみたい」という方なら悪くない作品だと思います。

主な短所としては、
「操作できるのは米軍のシャーマン戦車だけ」
「ステージ数が少なく、すぐに遊び終わってしまう」
というところでしょうか。
廉価ソフトだけにボリューム不足は仕方ないのかも知れませんが、やはり米軍以外にも「独軍」「ソ連軍」「英軍」などのキャンペーンも欲しかったところです。
