アンスラックスの名作アマングザリヴィングに続く4thアルバムです。前作、前々作とファンには評価の高いアルバムなのですが、このアルバムもより一般にその名を広めたアルバムだけあって初めてアンスラックスを聴く方には最も適したアルバムなのかもしれません。
さてアンスラックスお得意のカヴァー曲ですが、今回はフランスのトラストのアンチソーシャルを取り上げています。いかにもアンスラックスらしいサウンドで聴かせてくれる、このアルバムのベストトラックです。オリジナルだとストリングスから始まりハードなアンスラックスのザクザクギターを堪能できるビーオールエンドオールがベストかな?
初めてアンスラックスを聴く人からコアなファンまで満足できるアルバムです。

　『Among the Living』で大成功を収めた彼ら。次の作品となる今作にもパワー、テクニック、スピードが余す所なく収められています。
　4枚目にして100％確立したアンスラックスサウンドを最初から最後まで楽しめる有意義な1枚です。
　しかし私はカバー曲の『Antisocial』が一番のお気に入りです…　名曲だからしょうがないですよね…　あと、『Schism』はTモリ司会の「S耳アワー」で紹介された事があるので、それを見た人は「あー」と頷けるんじゃないでしょうか。

名作ＡＭＯＮＧ　ＴＨＥ　ＬＩＶＩＮＧに続く作品。
静かなストリングスから徐々に盛り上がり、彼ららしい
スピード＆メタルチューンが始まる１曲目から、速い曲の
続く逸品です。
ライブでも演奏されるＡＮＴＩＳＯＣＩＡＬはフランスの
メタルバンドＴＲＵＳＴのコピー。
個人的には、ＭＥＧＡＤＥＴＨのＲＵＳＴ　ＩＮ　ＰＥＡＣＥに

イメージの重なる名作です。
彼らのアルバムの中でも、速い曲が一番多く入った作品では
ないでしょうか。
お勧めです。
