SanDisk UltraIIの16GBが8000円を切って入手出来るようになりました(09/07現在)。
様々なゲームやセーブデータを扱うには、16GBあれば安心だし管理も楽。
だけど、そもそもPSPはPro-HG対応じゃないからこの「UltraIIMemoryStick Pro-HG Duo」の能力は発揮し切れないし、従来のメモリースティック(SanDisk UltraII 15MB/Sec等)の方が速度が出る場合も。
よって、自分の結論としては、

PSPで読み書きするのであれば、Pro-HG Duo 16GBを買い急ぐよりも、PSPに見合った従来のメモリースティックを選んだ方が吉

なのかな、と。
本音を言えば「SanDisk UltraII メモリースティックPRO Duo 転送速度15MB/Sec」の16GBが発売されればベストなのですが。

もちろんPro-HG対応製品への使用ならば、その能力を存分に発揮してくれる事でしょうし、自分の場合もデジ一での使用感は★５つで申し分のない速度です。

尚、11月1日発売予定の「PSPgo」の記録媒体は「メモリースティック マイクロ（M2）」なので、PSPgoを購入されるならば、今まで使用していた記録メディアは使えなくなります。

HGモードの転送重視したためか従来の4bitパラレル転送での書き込み速度が犠牲になっているようです。
8GB 15MB/s版のUltraII の仕様そのままで16GBにしてくれればよかったのに…。

待ちわびていたサンディスク製Ultra2の16GBがやっと出ました！
最近のメモリー関係がずっと安い事もあり、嬉しいところです。

サンディスク製なので、信頼性も十分ですし速さ的にも十分ですので
大容量のメモリースティックが欲しいのであればこの商品が現時点では
価格面など全てにおいて一番最良の選択だと思います。
