サウンド作成支援ソフト。メロディや音符入力、楽譜作成、演奏表現、伴奏作成・アレンジ、作曲した曲の発表まで、音楽作成に関わるさまざまなの局面において、独自の支援機能によりサウンド作成をアシストしてくれる。既成曲のメロディをモチーフに新たなメロディを生成したり、コード進行/曲構成を指定し、アレンジジャンルを選ぶだけで指定した構成に合ったパターンで伴奏・アレンジを自動で行うことが可能。また鼻歌による音符入力や、オート入力モードで音符サイズを意識しない音符の貼り付けが可能なほか、16和音対応のi-MODE、au、J-PHONEといった携帯着メロの作成に加え、作成した曲は音楽CDにライティングしたり、インターネット社のホームページで公開することもできる。学生、教職員を対象としたアカデミック版。
