SEの仕事に占める文書作成の割合は小さくありません。実際、要求仕様書や提案書などといった初期文書から取扱説明書や各種報告書に至るまで、必要な文書類は山のようにあります。文章が苦手などとは言っていられません。しかし、表現上の注意以前に、まず文書のまとめ方がわからないという人が多くいるのです。本書は、表現の前の「文章の組み立て方」に焦点を当てています。文書の作成に構造設計の考え方を導入し、単なる文章論ではなく文書のプランニングからの重要性を説き、著者の経験から得られた実際の事例を多数取り上げます。


著者について

佐藤 健(さとう たけし)
東北大学工学部電子工学科卒業。
株式会社日立製作所にて、ネットワーク関連ソフトの開発/企画を担当する。その後、日立INSソフトウェア株式会社にて、WS/PCのネットワークソフトの開発、ソリューションビジネスを担当する。社外でも、ISO/TC97/SC21専門委員会(OSI標準化)委員、WG5主査として活躍。通産省JIS原案作成委員会、規格調整委員会にも参画した。
現在、情報通信のインストラクタ。テクニカルエンジニア(ネットワーク)、アプリケーションエンジニア、システム監査技術者の資格を持つ。

　技術者にとって文書作成は必須です。しかし、苦手な人が多いのではないでしょうか？

技術者は論理的な思考能力が高いので、分かり易い文章を作成するのに実は向いています。
分かり易い文章を作成するには、ちょっとしたテクニックを意識して文章を作成するだけで、
飛躍的に良い文章になります。

　この本は、文書作成のテクニックを実例をもちいて解説してあり、理解しやすいです。
応用として、「電子メール」、「情報処理試験の論文」についての事例は、実践的で直ぐに活用できます。

　簡単に読める本なので、文章作成に悩む技術者は読んでみてはいかがでしょうか。
