造形、ギミックにおいては文句無しです。
故に各部のゲート処理が雑で、尚且つリタッチが甘く、ゲート後を隠しきれていないのが非常に残念です。
ヘルメット、腰アーマー（鞘の取り外し時）、鞘のピン等が外れ易く、ガシガシ動かすのも容易ではありません。

また、梱包時にアゴの部分が胴体（ダイキャストパーツ）に干渉した状態で入っている為、アゴの塗装剥がれがある物があります。自分で購入したものと、店頭サンプルの２つを見てみましたが、いずれも多少の剥がれがありました。


これから購入される方は、あみブロに製品サンプルが掲載されていますので、参考にされると良いと思います。

私は一度ポーズを決めたら、しばらくそのままにする方なので、メッキでもまあいいでしょうという感じです。
とにかく動かして遊ぶ人にはおすすめはできないですが・・・。

他の『ＳＤＸ』商品と比べると、「トゲトゲ」部分が多いので、取り扱いは慎重にした方がいいですね。
後、剣の持ち手の赤く丸い所も力をちょっと入れるとポキッと破損します(ここに被害者が一人・・・)。
他の『ＳＤＸ』商品と並べて飾って余韻を楽しみたい一品です。

商品の欠点も出揃っていて、勿論それらを否定する気はありませんが
その上でやっぱりいい品だと思います。

兜が干渉しやすい以外はパーツも取れにくく、
台座も固定しやすかったですがこの辺は個体差ありそうですね。
目立つ手首の色だけはなんとかしちゃいましたが。

今回個人的にピカ１なのはドラゴン形態です。
元祖SDでは直立しかできないので厳しい感じでしたが、
首と翼の幅広い可動域のおかげでかなり自由にポーズを取らせることが出来、
ようやくカードダスのイメージに近い立体を手に入れることができて感無量です。
このボリュームと存在感は他では得られないものでしょう。

2010年以降もSDXは続いていくようなので、これからも楽しみにしています。
