I think perhaps the best thing about this book is that the projects themselves are so unique. There are so many ideas that I have never seen before in a sewing project book, and I love knowing there is another book on my shelf full of new projects. Just about every project in this book has me saying "I want to make that!" There is a little bit of everything for everyone - quilt, wrap skirt, kids vest, girls dress, log cabin bucket, ... of course the list goes on.
The photography is beautifully done and the book itself is laid out well. The instructions are easy to understand and broken down into step-by-step instruction (as opposed to trying to cram in three parts of instruction into one). The "basics" chapter is short and sweet, giving you just the bit of information you need without lengthy explanations, making it the perfect book for someone that has at least a very basic knowledge of sewing. There are plenty of photos to help illustrate the steps.
Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone that loves patchwork and sewing.
