Deccaからデビューし、アルバム一枚残してImmediateに移籍後の2枚目と3枚目のアルバムに加え、ミックス違い等を収めた2枚組編集盤。R&Bスタイルの曲からサイケポップ、後期Small Faces~Humble Pieに通じるアーシーな曲と結構サウンドは多彩です。スタジオ作品も素晴らしいですが、それよりもDisk2に収められたライブアルバムが熱い、熱い。まさにこれぞソウル･レビューってな感じのテンションでとにかく圧倒されます。必聴です。

これはＤＥＣＣＡからＩＭＭＥＤＩＡＴＥに移籍した「ＡＭＥＮ　ＣＯＲＮＥＲ」がＩＭＭＥＤＩＡＴＥ時代に出した作品（ＬＰ２枚とシングル）がほとんど聴ける「お買い得盤」です。　クラプトンの子分なんかやろうなんて毛頭思ってなかったであろう「アンディ・フェアウェザー・ロウ」のｃｏｏｌ！なアレンジの冴えるカヴァー曲や、前半は切れ目無しで突っ走るＬＩＶＥが聴ける。　残念なのはＬＩＶＥ盤だった方の音源はヴォーカルとホーンが後からオーヴァー・ダビングされてる事かなぁ（発売当時の仕様でもオーヴァー・ダビングされてますが。。。）　こんなＬＩＶＥをやってたのにアイドル扱いでＬＩＶＥ中盤で駄曲カヴァーをやってます。　後は試聴して「脅威の７人」のパフォーマンスを確かめてくださいませ♪
