【ストーリー概要】

第１部にて、エレンを失い。第２のファントムとして、無意味な人生を送る玲二。そんな折、梧桐組の組織加盟をめぐり、クロウディアとワイズメルとの内部抗争が勃発。梧桐組の組員達が、謎の暗殺者に殺害される事件が発生。暗殺者を追う玲二が、巻き添えになった娼婦の遺族・キャルと出会うところから、物語は始まります。彼女の証言を手がかりに行動する玲二に、ワイズメルの手が・・・・　今回１番の見所は、リズィ曰く。サマになった黒・玲二（笑）。また、第２部のメインヒロイン・キャルの存在も、暴力と血なまぐさい世界観の中で、一腹の清涼剤となります。
