This book was recommended to me during a semester in which I was taking a large number of credits and the books that were provided for my php web development course were not cutting it for helping me learn the course material. This book was like a ray of sunshine in helping me understand PHP coding and practices. I recommend this book both to student and professional web developers as a resource and reference book for both learning and developing PHP coding skills further then they have already been developed.
