サイトの解説に｢スタジオ録音にライヴもおりまぜ｣とあるが、すべてライブだと思っていた。リミックスとあるのはノイズ除去などの作業をスタジオで行ったのではないだろうか。選者は高橋幸宏。曲ごとにライブ日時場所、幸宏による解説がある。オーディオ的にはレンジは狭く、こもり気味。曲によって音質の違いもある。ま、ポップスを聴くのに音質も何も99パーセントの人に関係ないだろう。普通に聴く分には何の問題もない。ライブ会場、海外はアメリカとイギリス。日本は武道館、コマ、東京ドーム。時期的には79、80、81年メイン。83、93年もある。未発表テイクは5曲(CASTALIA,PURE JAM,SEOUL MUSIC,MASS,TECHNOPOLIS)。｢LIVE HISTORY｣としてツアーの感想を書いている。また、ライブリストもつく。YMOはライブでアルバムと違うアレンジを当然のようにやっているので、YMOファンなら違いがわかる一枚だと思う。

ありがたいレア・トラック・ライヴ・アルバムである。
「＃１４．マス」のライヴ・ヴァージョンなんか、コアなファンにとってはたまらんだろう。
メイン・メロディーが、ピアノなのだ。

アコギでの「中国女」も、レアだ。…が、
うーん…。このアレンジは、好き嫌いハッキリ分かれそう…。
