This book is the gold standard of normal variants that are commonly mistaken for pathology. The book is subdivided between the osseous structures and soft tissues. Each Division is organized by anatomy.
The quality of images is excellent and captions clearly explain the radiographic findings. What is frequently overlooked in the book is the soft tissue division which shows mimickers of disease in normal patients. This also contains images for fluoroscopic findings that may be discovered through routine practice.
I frequently refer to this book in cases of pediatric musculoskeletal findings but it is helpful for the occassional "Hmmm, haven't seen that before" finding. This book and I are inseparable.
Highly recommend.
