There is still no good comprehensive textbook of neurology on the market. This book is miles ahead of Bradley by having more useful pictures and diagrams. However, there is a serious lack of style cohesion across chapters that dramatically limits its usefulness. Some chapters are a total gem and approach the ideal textbook of neurology in terms of ease of explanation and comprehensiveness. Other chapters are rambling, poorly structured, or lacking crucial topics. Hoping Dr. Schapira will do some more careful editing for the second edition, this book could eventually replace Bradley!
