これまでアニメイト専売という形をとっていたPOAROが、Amazonを始めとした一般流通に始めてのる第一作目となるこのアルバム。
ネガティブをテーマに銘打たれているが、曲自体はとても明るくノリの良いものがあり、そのポジティブな曲にのせて彼らはネガティブを叫ぶのだ。

小中高の学生時代、クラスで輝ける日々を送っていた少年少女達の隣で膝を抱え、あるいは机に顔を伏して、「俺は、あいつらより4兆倍面白い会話ができる」と思いながら、何もない学生時代を生きてきたマイノリティーなネガティブ人間たちにこそ聴いて欲しい。

今までどのアーティストもここまでネガティブを大きく公に、そしてこんなにも陽気に叫んだことはないだろう、少なくとも私はそんなアーティストを知らない。
(アルバム発売前のレビューで、多少ルール違反ではあるが、POARO本人が「書いていい」と言っていたので、レビューを書かせていただいた。)

アニメやゲームが好きな人たちに向けた歌という制約を捨て自由になったポアロ。
収録されている曲の端々から生まれ変わろうとしているポアロの決意が強く伝わってきます。

主観ですがメインストリームに乗らない、乗れない人たちに向けたアルバムです。
そういう人は自分のことを卑下したり、悲観したりしがちですが、このアルバムを聴くとそんな人生も悪くないんじゃないかと思えてきます。

個人的なおすすめ曲は「ライトアップ！！！」
卒業ソングなんですが、久しぶりに音楽聴いて鳥肌がたちました。
素晴らしいです。

某アニラジで鷲崎氏の存在を知り、購入した。
先ず思ったのは「音小さいな・・・」録音状況によるものなのか、他のCDと比べ音が小さく聞こえた。
しかし、一曲目からネガティブかつ大胆な曲の連続で聴いてるものを飽きさせない。
割にポジティブな曲も収録されており、なんとなく「大学時代に友人とこぼしあった愚痴」のように感じた。
