　体に溜まった脂肪は，散歩や運動の刺激を受けて，脂肪酸になって筋肉などに運ばれます．L-カルニチンは，その脂肪酸を細胞のエネルギー工場と呼ばれるミトコンドリアに運び，エネルギーを作る手助けをします．元々体内で合成されるL-カルニチンは，加齢と共に減少しますのでサプリで補給するのがベストです．
　またミトコンドリアに脂肪酸を運べますが，実際エネルギーを作るためには，コエンザイムＱ１０が必要です．両方のサプリを摂取してから，散歩するだけでも汗を沢山かき，活力もでてきました．
