To Do帳として活用される方も多くおられるようだ。当方はインタビューのときに使用。インタビューに応じていただける方に圧迫感を与えないサイズとデザイン。表紙、背表紙共に硬質の素材なので、書くときも、後から見返す場所を選ばない。パソコンなどに入力する時に手に取る時でも、ふにゃっとへたれない。もともとモレスキン使いだからでもありますが、飽きないデザイン。尻ポケットにいれても変形しない。たいていのポケットにすらっと入る厚さ。折り曲げても糸がほつれたりしない頑丈さ。もっと早く使いはじめればよかったと思ったりします。

The evolution of a note taker
1) Started with paper - A 3X5 card and a pen. Worked just great
2) Moved to a Day Time - The smallest size, with a pen. Worked great but couldn't always fit "everything" on it.
3) Moved to Franklin Day Timer - Enjoyed it but worried that I wasn't going to amount to much as I never filled most of the blank spaces in.
4) Moved to the Biggest Franklin Day Timer - Loved it, but there was more room that I couldn't fill. Plus, it was really heavy
5) Palm Pilot - Electronic Franklin Day Timer - Looked cool, worked fine.
6) iPhone - loved it, but the screen was so small - As I got older print got smaller
7) iPad - This may be the answer...but it is hard to tap, tap, tap stuff into it. Yes, I have the bluetooth keyboard, but how high is the dork factor there?
8) Moleskine - Back to paper. Reporter style so I can just flip it up and go. If it gets into that notebook, it's going to happen. After 18 years, paper wins.

Always in my pocket

This notebook is always in my pocket.
Over here electronics (pda's) just don't hold up long.
If you need to keep info you write it down.
The paper quality is excellent and I don't have to use 100mph tape to keep the cover from comming off.
The pocket in the back is great for keeping info given to you that you don't have time to write down until later.

The best notebooks around

moleskine is VERY expensive but VERY good quality. I carry my notepad everywhere, sometimes in my pant's back pocket and it is in great shape. The paper quality is good and it would definitely surpass your expectations. I personally prefer the Moleskine sketchbook (lavander tag) because the paper is 4 times thicker. You can write on it with ANY kind of pen/ink and it will not bleed !
