They are nice and they add a second expandable pocket to your binder, (which I wanted). They come with adhesive labels for the tabs, BUT the labels are wider and longer then the tabs on the dividers and unless you cut them down or paste them on and fold them over where they overlap, they don't really fit. (I tried both ways and it didn't work well and looked terrible.)
I had an old sheet of Avery clear label's that come with Avery dividers. They were a perfect fit and you can download a free template from the Avery website which allows you to print on the labels. The Avery labels come on an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper. They work great.
Also, if you plan on using plastic page protectors, (I use them because I can't punch holes in most of what I file in the binder). Know that the extra width will almost completely obscure the tabs. This is common with most dividers though, and I didn't factor it into my rating. Had the labels fit the tabs, I would have given a four star rating.
