Having been well received in it's native land, this is the first Reiki book by a Japanese Reiki Master to be translated and published in English. Apart from explanations of Reiki teachings from a Japanese perspective, this version contains additional information on the origins of Reiki-ho and the original society created by it's founder, Mikao Usui.
About the Author
In July 1993, Hiroshi Doi, while attending a Crystal Healing seminar in Tokyo, met a member of the traditional Reiki Association. It was through this person that he was introduced to, and became a member of, Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai, founded by Mikao Usui. Drawing on his experiences here, Mr. Doi has established Gendai Reiki-ho (Modern Reiki Method for Healing).
