I was very diappointed in this book. I'm having a hard time finding information on my recently purchased 2005 MINI Cooper S. I found this title and I believe it had a 2005 or 2006 publishing date. There was no other information given. That's partially the reason I'm writing this review. When I received this book I found it was originally published in 1971. If I'd known this I would have saved my 10 bucks (rounded up). Instead I've got a book that is worthless to me because there was lack of information on the book's contents. The other reason I'm writing this is to vent. Now that I've done that, the book itself appears to be a fairly good publication originally issued by British Leyland (Austin-Morris) Limited. It's not a hugely informative trove of maintenance verbage (66 pages). You won't be able to overhaul your Mini with it. It's a "Handbook". Much like an owner's manual with a slight infusion of steroids. It's not worth my time to get my money back, but hopefully I'll keep other new MINI owners from making the mistake I made. ("Mini" is pre BMW and "MINI" is used to denote post BMW purchase of the company.)
