This fourth edition of Roderic Camp's highly respected Mexican Political Biographies is an updated comprehensive biographical directory of leading state and national politicians in Mexico, covering the years 1935-2009. The original edition, published in 1976, was the first and only comprehensive biographical work on contemporary political figures in any language and served as the prototype for the Mexican government's brief foray into its own official biographical directory. The Mexican Supreme Court has cited every biography of justices in the third edition as the basis of its biographies in the late 1980s. Rod Camp's new edition of his biographical directory is an essential source for anyone dealing with historical or contemporary political leadership in Mexico. This work stands out because of Camp's careful attention to detail and his system of verifying biographies. The inclusion of a disk makes the material more rapidly and conveniently accessible. Because the information is both thorough and reliable, it is the source to consult on Mexican political biographies.
Expensive but necessary

If you study mexican elites biographies (like me), you should have this book (as politicians in general should have The Prince)...
However it is difficult to manage the attached CD DATA (You can't even search by GENDER/AGE) and most of the elites are not the current Congress women/men. It maybe useful for historical studies.
I expected more because of the price, it is still very expensive.
