This book is a print on demand version of the Wikipedia meteorite minerals category. It does not include grossite, presumably because the entry was recently added to the category.
Evidently Books LLC prints on demand versions of Wikipedia material. Amazon carries these "books", although this is controversial. Books LLC even has a $14.99 a month "book club"!
Whereas buying this book was a complete rip off, I don't regret it. I didn't know what it was, and I found that I paid closer attention to the references in print because I was not using links to go to other interesting articles. Some of the references are very good. It was also easier to force myself to read all the material. If you want the same experience, print the articles yourself unless you really need a properly bound book.
