「女のほうから恋のアプローチをしてもいいのか」「セックス以外の時には夫とのスキンシップがない」「メールを出しても返事が来ない」「彼女ともう一度やり直したい」など世界中の男女から（日本人女性からも）寄せられた悩みに、著者は男女の考え方の違いを明確にしながら、きっぱりと答えてみせる。応用可能な具体策（「悩みを紙に書き出す」などは繰り返し登場する）や、「人を愛する最高の方法とは、かつて一度も傷ついたことがないかのごとく相手を愛することなのです」といった随所に登場する名言も見逃せない。
そっけないほど短かかったり、やや独善的に見える解答もあるが、べたべたとした恋愛相談が苦手な人には、むしろ読みやすいかもしれない。悩み相談の合間には、セックスや浮気に関してのアンケート結果を用いたコラムも収録されている。

Remember the prayer "Lord, give me courage to change the things I can, serenity to accept the things that I can't, and wisdom to
know the difference"? This could be the "wisdom" part.
And possibly, if we accepted--as a matter of course--more thigs in the opposite sex, we'd "understand" "them" more, and stay together longer.
Quite enlightening. Reasonably enjoyable, too.

Personally, I would want to date this writer:) I'm just kidding, but I wish all guys out there read this book and learn the mechanism of women's thoughts. Also, as a woman, I realized how my mind works when I am in relationships. When I had to go through the hardest time of my life, this book really saved me. The writer tells us we should be relax. That's the best way to let troubles go: Trying too hard to make a difference could get you to a worse place. Examples in this book are really specific and practical. Enjoy reading this book to make your love life much more enjoyable and comfortable!!
