私は実際に武道館でライブを観ていましたが、彼らと同じ時間を歩んできたファンなら、きっと言葉に出来ない想いでいっぱいだったと思います。
ポールの脱退から、雑誌等のインタビューから聞こえてくるメンバー間の不協和音。最終的には空中分解に近かった解散だったので、オリジナルメンバーでの再結成を期待していても、どこかで諦めていた自分がいました。
声や演奏が一部放送された番組を観てどうだったかなど問題ではありません。
それぞれががソロ活動をしたり、そこで何かを得ても、決して満足してなかったという事実…。
大切なのは『友達に戻れるか?』というスタートからやり直し、ミスタービックのメンバーとして、再結成ライブに繋がったこと。
だからライブ中、何度も流れる涙を押さえきれませんでした。
やっぱり4人揃った姿は最高だよ。本当に嬉しそうに演奏するメンバーと、再結成を心から願う人たちが、カメラを意識せず(某バンドは録り直ししたくらいです)ミスも含め、ありのままを収録したライブBlu-Rayは永久保存版です。

3.0 out of 5 stars 懐かしさと哀愁と, 2009/7/26
先日WOWOWで先行して放映されていました。
ポールとビリーは変わらない感じだったけど、パットとエリックが
老けた感が・・無理ないけど。
特にエリックはなんだか丸くなって、表情も疲れた感じ。
前半のDaddy, Brotherなんかの高音が出てなかった。
（後半盛り返してたけど）

学生のころ観たサンフランシスコライブが最高だと思ってるんだけど
あのころの尖がった感じは薄れ、優しい感じがしました・・
いい意味でも悪い意味でも・・

とはいえ、演奏はやはり圧巻で、すごいっす！
超難関の曲をサラサラ演奏するオジサンたちはかっこいい！
若いころ聞いてた曲をライブでまた今聞くのは感慨深いな〜

せっかくオリジナルメンバーで再結成したんだから、
長く続けてほしいけど、ウケ狙いの「さわやか系」より
「ヘヴィメタ系」でやってほしいもんだが、無理かな。
