エアロのオフィシャルライヴ盤はたくさんあるが、これがベスト。とにかく生々しい。多少の演奏のもたつきやヴォーカルの外しは無視、さらには最近のライヴ盤のように妙に音量のバランスが整えられておらず、ゾクゾクする感覚が伝わってくる。いろんなアーチストのライヴ盤は数あれど、これほどまでにライヴの真髄を表現できているアルバムは無いのではないだろうか？この時代を体験できなかった悔しさがじわじわと増してくるアルバムでもある。

さらに、エアロスミスのデビュー時期に録音されたヤードバーズのカバー「エイン・ガット・ユー」、ジェイムスブラウンのカバー「マザー・ポップコーン」の男っぽいグルーヴが最高。音楽はグルーヴさえあればいいんだ！そう思ってしまう。

このアルバムを初めて聞いたのは２８年も前の事で今でもその衝撃を覚えている。
レコードに針を落とすと静かにドラムとギターが絡み合いステイーヴン・タイラーの
ヴォーカルが入ると一気にロックンロールショウの幕開けだ、アナログ時代は2枚組みで
A面からB面C面からD面と、体のヴォルテージを抑えて大事にレコードを交換していました。
今では最初から最後までフルスピードで聞けるなんて・・・おまけにデジタルリマスター盤
とくれば言う事無しの大推薦盤です。（この30年間でLPレコード、CD,デジタルリマスター盤と
3回も買い替えたのはこのアルバムと他に数枚しかありません）何しろ70年代エアロの最高の
ステージを収めた文句無し、最強LIVEアルバム。（星が5個では足りないぜー）

この1枚がすべてを語る。音楽誌などで絶賛されるエアロのライブパフォーマンス。その原点といえるアルバム。後にソニー、ゲフィンからもライブアルバムはリリースされている。ちなみにこのアルバムの初版は1978年かな？
この[Live Bootleg!]こそエアロの匂いが1番ぷんぷん漂っている。

もうメンバーは齢50を超えているのだが、スティーブン（Vo）とジョー・ペリー（Gt）を中心にしたやんちゃでエネルギッシュなパフォーマンスは健在であり、勿論このアルバムでもそれを堪能できる。彼らのライブを体験してない方に特にオススメです。現在のライブでも定番ナンバー、SWEET EMOTION、MAMAKIN、など70分強の内容。名曲が多いです。
