Any child (save those with a morbid fear of dogs) would immensely enjoy this book. Even casual dog lovers. And of course, the dog-crazy.
Nearly 350 pages on more than 200 dog breeds, each with general background, historical origin, characteristics, weight of males and females in adulthood, care and exercise advice, and even points to remember in pregnancy, with puppies and with training. With multiple pictures--for males, females and different colours of each breed.
It wouldn't be an exaggeration to call this a perfect book on dogs. Certain to make you smile, if not gush in delight.
