I was involved in a bible study at church on the book of Luke. I happened upon the Jesus Walk web-sight and couldn't believe how much Mr. Wilson's lessons enriched my study. I kept reading bits and pieces from his book to the others in the group and they all ended up using this book as well. It's easy to read and understand. He gives so much background information to help you understand what life was like in the times of Jesus, what the culture demanded of Jesus and the disciples and also what the meanings of some of the words from the Greek translation. You don't need to be a scholar to read and understand any of Mr. Wilson's books. I enjoyed it so much that I am going to use Ralph Wilson's other books for my own personal study and devotional time. Prayers and questions are included at the end of every chapter...
