著者について
Professor Giovanoli is Emeritus Professor at the University of Lausanne and a member of MOCOMILA of which he was chairman from 1995-2005. He spent over 35 years as counsel at the Bank of International Settlements in Basel. He was the editor of International Monetary Law - Issues for the New Millennium (OUP, 2000).
Diego Devos is Deputy General Counsel of the Bank for International Settlements and a member of MOCOMILA. He has written several articles on financial law. The work brings together a group of leading academic and practitioner monetary and financial lawyers from around the world, including general counsels of major financial institutions and central banks, distinguished practitioners in the area of international economic law and prominent academics in this area.
