レビュー対象商品: The Five Most Important Questions You Will Ever Ask About Your Organization (J-B Leader to Leader Institute/PF Drucker Foundation) (ペーパーバック)
This book hits at the heart of what every company knows to ask but never does. Peter Drucker's practical, proven advice along with respected members of the Leader to Leader group have put together a well-crafted bible for every President, Managing Director or leader of companies that are in need of change or better direction. The book and points are so simple, they may even be insulting to some major leaders who may have forgotten what it takes to lead an organization. It brings back the basics of what a mission statement and vision statement should mean and what results really matter. A good read for anyone frustrated with the status quo of their companies or for managers who have taken on a new position in a department or organization. Simple enough for a 10 year old to understand but challenging enough for some of the top leaders in the business world.
