名曲ばかり!デビュー時から大好き。
なんといっても　あの魂のこもった歌声が...◎
不思議と癒されて心が落ち着くんですよね。
私の一番好きな『太陽手に月は心の両手に』が
収録されていて　嬉しい（^＿^）
他好きなのは　ミルクティー、リズム、情熱などなど
どれもイイですね~、独特の世界観が。
色々なBEST版が出ていますが　これは“待望の”という
言葉がピッタリな濃いBESTアルバムだと思います。
じっくり聴いてもBGM的に流しても素敵なひとときが
過ごせそうです。　お勧め！

日本でUAを超える女性ヴォーカリストは滅多にいないでしょう。
歌の上手さはもちろんのこと、何より表現力がずば抜けています。

このベスト・アルバムではシングルとその他の人気曲によって
デビューからの彼女の足跡を辿ることが出来ます。
昨今の作品と違い全体的にキャッチーな楽曲が多いので、
万人向けの作品と言えます。
初期のシングル２曲のはつらつとした雰囲気もいいですが、
やはり「情熱」以降の深みを増したヴォーカルからが本領発揮です。
バラエティに富んだ楽曲が並んでいますが、
UAは曲によって表現を変えながら次々に歌いこなしていきます。
自分を楽曲に合わせるだけでなく、楽曲を自分に合わせるだけでもなく、
自然と自分の歌と楽曲を調和させる
彼女のヴォーカル・センスには脱帽です。
もちろん、楽曲自体の出来の良さは言わずもがな。
UAは本当に仲間に恵まれていますね。

時に厳しく、時に優しく、時に深遠な世界まで表現してしまう
UAの歌声にただ浸ってみて下さい。

仕事中も、車でも、オフタイムでもってことは１日中、聴いてます。
ディスク１とディスク２はビニール盤シングルでいうところのＡ面とＢ面ですね。１がサニーサイド、２がムーンサイドって感じかな。

シングルカットがズラリの１では、「リズム」「ミルクティー」がいい曲だなあって見直しました。で、２ではじめて聴いたのですがマイケル・フランクスのカバー「アントニオの唄」。オリジナルを聴きまくった耳にも、ＵＡ本人による訳詞と歌唱は、この曲がＵＡオリジナルではないのかって思わせるほど、ナチュラルに心に響く。

大げさかも知れないけど、「アントニオの唄」を聴くだけも、このＣＤを手にする価値はあると思いますよ。そして、いいなあって思ったらマイケル・フランクスがアントニオ・カルロス・ジョビンへのオマージュとして作り、クルセイダースの面々をバックに歌うウイスパーヴォイスの魅力に近づいてほしいです。

ＵＡ、「水の女」では男前でしたね。このジャケ写も男前です(笑)
