いろいろと苦労されたんだろうなーと。一通り鑑賞した結果、最初に抱いた感想がこれでした。
単行本15巻にも及ぶ原作ストーリーを、『30分×6＝180分』に収めるというのはどだい無理な
話であったように見受けられました。

「どこを削ってどこを入れるか。どのキャラを削らないといけないか……』

などと、あったことでしょう、きっと。

見る人によってが不満のある内容かもしれません（私個人としては、越苗が出てこないのが
残念でした。彼はところどころにおいて大事な役割を担っていましたから）。
でも、10,000円を切っているという点は大いに評価できるポイントではないかと。

タイトル通りI'sという漫画のpureな物語を強調した作品です。
長い原作より短縮され簡潔な展開で話は進みますが、原作と違いお色気や妄想シーンがカットされ、より主人公とヒロインの関係性を重要視したエピソードばかりをしているので味気なさもあります。
しかし原作が良いのもあり、簡潔な中にもしっかり主人公の心情の変化や苦悩、成長を描いているのは評価出来ます。

そして何より声優が合っています。
特に伊織役の伊藤静はかなりのハマりようで伊織のイメージにぴったりでした。
今や売れっ子の伊藤静ですが一番ハマり役は伊織だったかもしれません。
伊織の少し気が強く、色っぽくて、清楚な役柄を見事に表現出来ていました。
そして脇役にはこれまたハルヒで売れっ子になる前の後藤邑子も出演しています!

このDVDは週間少年ジャンプで桂正和先生が1997年〜2000年まで連載されていた『アイズ(全15巻)』のOVAアニメです。

今回は前版のフロムアイズとは異なり原作を忠実にアニメ化したものですが原作15巻分を30分×全6話という短すぎる尺になっているのでストーリー、登場人物に多少問題がありそうな流れです。


このストーリーないんだ‥アレ!?原作では結構重要な登場人物が出でこない…。。なんて事があります。


まぁ作り手の人も頑張ってくれたんだと思います。この尺ですし出来る限りは原作に忠実にと!どのストーリーが入っててドコが削られたか、誰が居て誰が出て来ないか。。それはご自身で確認してみて下さいね。

さて星★マークが辛口なのは絶対にオリジナルには勝てないからです。このDVDを見たり買ったりする人は原作に触れている人だと思うのでそんな人達へのプレゼントなんだと、そんな気持ちで全6話を自分は見ました。


『アイズ』が連載してた頃、ジャンプを買いに行く時間が自分は好きでした。 何ていうか1週間が楽しくなる感じ。。そんな気持ち最近はご無沙汰だなぁ。。
