Having this in my CB400/4 library is good for completeness, but it is perhaps the least important and valuable book I have on this topic. It's quite a small book and rather sparse on information. Several of the photos are of bikes that have suffered from rather nasty paint jobs, etc., hardly good illustrations for collectors. The section on things to check/watch out for when buying one of these classic bikes was somewhat shallow, and omitted some of the major things that those of us who have owned one have encountered. Overall, the book left me wondering how well the author actually knew the subject.
