In collaboration with leading sports people, de Lacy applies the basic principles of self-improvement - goal-setting, creative visualisation, affirmation, relaxation techniques - to specific sports. His co-author, Steve Williams, has for the last three years been the full-time caddy for Tiger Woods, one of the world's leading golfers. Before that he had more than fifteen years on the international golf circuit, caddying for some of the leading golfers of the day, notably Greg Norman (for eight years) and Raymond Floyd.
