カウントリー・ウェスターン音楽のファンなら、ハンク・ウィリアムズの名前は知っていると思います。しかし、彼がどれだけ大きな貢献をしたのかは、このビデオを見るとよく分かります。

彼は、大衆音楽に実生活の苦しみや喜びを持ち込んだのです。例えば、離婚した妻に引き取られた息子の歌「僕の息子が他の男をパパと呼んでいる」など。だからこそ、今でもカウントリー・ウェスターン音楽は生き続けています。
