やっぱり何と言っても"I don't like Mondays"でしょう。
1980年頃だったかしら？
私が通っていたカナダのハイスクールのjuke boxやCHUM局のラジオでいつも流れていました。
詩の内容は悲しいけど、この曲のメロディーはすばらしいです。

青春時代がこの頃だった人は懐かしさに浸れるかも？

'70年代後半のﾊﾟﾝｸｳｪ-ﾌﾞ代表的ﾊﾞﾝﾄﾞがまさしくここに蘇る。

ﾊﾟﾝｸｳｪ-ﾌﾞと言っても単にﾊﾟﾝｸのｶﾃｺﾞﾘ-に留まらず活躍していったｽﾃｲﾝｸﾞやﾏ-ｸ・ﾉｯﾌﾟﾗ-らと並び賞されるBOOMTOWN　RATSのﾘ-ﾀﾞ-兼ﾎﾞ-ｶﾘｽﾄのﾎﾞﾌﾞ・ｹﾞﾙﾄﾞﾌ、ｿﾛになってからの代表曲も含めこれぞ決定版と言った感がある。ｹﾞﾙﾄﾞﾌのﾎﾞ-ｶﾙは初めてお聞きになる方もすぐに親しんでしまう魔法の歌声だ。
