ライブのナンバーも大変に良いです。
このアルバムでは何と言ってもBadgeが最高でしょう。
ソロ以降、現在に至るまで必ずと言っていいほどコンサートでは演奏しています、彼のお気に入りの曲です。

Badgeは、
ビートルズのジョージ・ハリスンとの共作ナンバーで、綺麗なアルペジオがソロで聴かれますが、恐らくジョージのアレンジでしょう。

ジャケの見れば分かると思いますがクラプトンの手が大きいです。まさにギターを弾くために世に送り込んだ人物です。

４０年程前、私はCreamの大ファンになりました。アルバムは、どれも好き嫌いを言うより、一体何が起こっているのかなと言う驚きの対象でした。ライブの最強軍団を率いたような力強いド迫力と、スタジオの行ききらないブルースがらみのpopさが、嬉しかったり、憎かったり、とにかく聴きまくっていました。いわゆる名盤と呼ばれる物は他にありますが、それは少し決まりきった見方だと思います。この「グッバイ」のクリームこそが、ヴァニラとチョコのミックスした、程よい全貌なのではないでしょうか。'I'm so glad'は、エリックとジャックが勝手にばらけて行って、ジンジャーの合図で戻って来ると言う、Cream絵巻です。また、「政治家」は、’LIVE CREAM　vol.2’よりかなり出来がいいです。B面のスタジオの各々のオリジナルも変に難しくなく、本当に良いアルバムです。勿論、「バッジ」のオリジナルも、今のラテン風味はなくて、アレンジのジョージ・ハリソンの朴とつさが、とても爽やかです。「ヤーヤーヤー」なんて言うエリックのフェイクの裏声、何て初々しいのでしょう。演奏時間は４０分程ですが、少なくとも私には、一生物の「クリーム解散記念盤」です。お試しあれ。

このアルバムも前作同様ライブ音源@I'M　SO　GLAD　APOLITICIAN　BSIITING　ON　TOP　OF　THE　WORLD　とスタジオ録音CBADGE　DDOING　THAT　SCRAPYARD　THING　EWHAT　A　BRINGDOWNと前作の縮小版という印象を受けるが、しかし@I'M　SO　GLADは数あるライブ音源の中でも名演と言える内容です。　CBADGEはジョージ・ハリスンとの共作でジョージ・ハリスンもギターでレコーディングに参加している、一般的に解散が決定してから契約の問題上、残り物を寄せ集めて作ったアルバムとの印象が強いアルバムですが解散後のメンバーの今後の方向性が見え隠れする面白い内容になっています。
