I think there is a flip-mat conspiracy.

I think the product image for the Haunted Dungeon map is wrong. I have added the sample images from Paizo's website so you can see exactly what you are buying (without the word SAMPLE printed across it). I checked the ISBN to make sure this wasn't a different product with the same name.
One side of this flip-mat is the same dungeon you get in the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Beginner Box, the other side is used in part 2 of the free Pathfinder Society First Steps adventure. Both are great maps, but after a few uses may not as be as useful as some of the other flip-mats in this series (hence only 4 stars and not 5). As with all these flip-mats, the ability to temporarily mark on them is very useful.
The only complaint I have with the flip-mats in general is that they don't lie perfectly flat. This can be minimized by folding the creases before laying the mat out. Another work-around I have heard of is putting a clear plastic panel over the mat, but that seems like overkill and would be hard to carry around to games.
