While presented as a way to improve flirting with others, actually focuses a lot on self development and awareness rather than being any kind of "How to.." guide. Packed with exercises to make the reader think and evaluate their current situation, outlook and attitudes, along with methods to imporove them, this is not just a book you read - you need to 'participate' to gain the most from it.
The emphasis throughout is very much on self improvement and on feeling good about yourself. The view being that if we don't feel good about ourselves how can we expect others to feel that way about us. This book covers many aspects of interpersonal communication and shows how a little well placed flirting can work wonders.
It is one of the best 'self help' / 'self improvement' titles I have ever read. Practical and imformative, it is a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone!

This book is great so far as i'm not done with it yet. it helps one understand alot about oneself so that one can flirt with ease. it focuses on one's true being instead of others. i feel that is why the other reviewer didn't give it a good rating cuz he/she probably is afraid to look at himself. he probably was looking for techniques to use on others. you also get alot of NLP materials without the jargon. it's very user friendly. If your not willing to work with yourself, this book isn't for you. it's worth checking out.

I was loaned a copy of this book by a friend and within half an hour had ordered my own! As the previous reviewer said, this book emphasises the importance of a positive self image and gives practical exercises to help you to "Be your best you". But more than that it helps you to capitalise on your new found inner positiveness in building relationships; both personal and professional. At a risk of sounding over the top, this book has changed my life and I strongly recommend it!
