Great Book For Anyone

This is a wonderful version of the original. It's a great book for anyone, who has to work in "Team Work" situations. We purchased it in addition to several copies of the original, for our Manager's Library. I wanted to get the Manga version because I felt that it might appeal to those in the office who considered themselves "non-readers". The illustrations are awesome but don't take away from the books focus and message. The information is clear and to the point. I would reccomend it to anyone who is considering in the original - especially if they like Manga.

Buy the hardcopy rather than the Kindle version

I am sure that this is a high quality book when read in its hardcopy published form but the text is almost unreadable on my Kindle Fire tablet. I tried using it on my Kindle app on my Windows PC and blowing it up as large as possible and it is better but still a chore to read. I regret having purchased the Kindle version. I have a hardcopy of the original non-illustrated version of this classic book (which I use with teams at work to make them more effective). Thus the content of the book is worth 5 stars but the execution of this illustrated version on the Kindle must be rated at one star. I am sure it is better in hardcopy but this review is for the Kindle version.
Kindle edition not readable

The low rating is for the kindle edition not the content. I bought it for my kindle app on my iPad. But to my disappointment, I couldn't read easily. The resolution is very low and when I try to zoom in the text is not clear. I believe Amazon should have a better quality image for this illustrated book and updates all previously purchases.
Again, the book is great and fun to read but the kindle edition is terrible.
