This book has over 200 drawings of croquis and garments, there are so many variety of croquis to choose from. The figures are impeccable, beautiful and classic; each one of them has a text section describing the pose and many helpful hints to improve your drawing skills. If you are in fashion school, the garment section is an excellent tool for learning about design details and terminology related to clothing. The garments are nicely organized into categories, and examples of different types of skirts, dresses, jackets, sleeves, collars and other elements are shown. There is a small section in the back that covers different rendering techniques and a few pages on using Photoshop and Illustrator. Overall I have found this book to be really useful in many areas of my design.

I did not think this book had all of what it does have. I thought it was just templates, but , it also has directions on what pose is standard for a certain clothing item. It also has directions on how to color the fabric and embellishments. It has so much more. I highly recommend this book to designers and also to models.

I have seen better, but for someone without any experience could be useful. The book should explore more detailed poses and medias to illustrate a figure as well as technique to draw textures
