いいですねぇ。すごいですねぇ。完全手動ブレイクビーツとありますが、まさしくそのとおり。二人でMPC、ターンテーブル、CDJ、パーカッション、とまあ様々な機材＆楽器を駆使して生み出されるビートは打楽器の要素が前面に出まくってて自然と体が動いてきますね、はい。しかも曲のセンスが非常に良い！LEYONA、DJ KENTARO、DJ UPPERCUTなど豪華なゲスト陣もおいしい！あんまエレクトロニックな音楽は好かんという人でも間違いなく楽しめます。それとプロモが収録されたDVDもついてるのですが、彼らのプレイには圧巻！機材の多さにもビックリだけどまじ全部楽器としてグルーヴさせてんのはすごい。プロモもめちゃくちゃシャレてていい感じです。ほんとお勧めする一枚！

衝撃です。
ターンテーブルでスクラッチプレイをする人、MPCを使う人、パーカッションを演奏する人、
それぞれは星の数ほどいますが、それを組み合わせて音楽をやるなんていう発想を持った人はいなかった！
その結果、こんなすっげーカッコいい音楽が生まれたんです。
完全手動ブレイクビーツ２人組。

テクニックはもちろん、遊び心も抜群。日本語声ネタもいっぱい。
こういう目新しい物って、よく「中身がない」と思われがちだと思うんですけど、
HIFANAの２人がすごいのは、スクラッチもＭＰＣでのトラック制作もパーカッションも、
すべてテクニックがあるしセンスがあること。

付属のＤＶＤではライブ映像やアサラト（別名パチカとも言う、アフリカのアメリカンクラッカー式楽器）のパフォーマンス、
ＰＶなどが見れます。
前半はleyona、DJ KENTARO、PROFESSOR CHINNENなどをfeatureしたアゲアゲ系の曲を中心に。
後半はスクラッチＤＪや音楽制作者がついつい聴き入ってしまいそうな、聴き込める、かつのれる曲を中心に。

スケボーの音も、ドアを開く音も、舟を漕ぐ音も、小鳥のさえずりも、HIFANAにかかればすべてブレイクビーツに！

初めてHIFANAを見たのは、LIVEです。まずあのパフォーマンスにビックリ！お客さんの盛り上がり具合にもビックリ！！！沖縄好きの私ですが、そんな私も大満足です。レオナや、寿などの豪華ゲストも必見です！！
レオナの曲の歌詞にもある『吉祥寺~』がゲストの方々含めて吉祥寺好きなのも、ちぇっくデス。
DJ気分を味わえるというレコードも手に入れたい今日この頃ですが・・・最近レコードが手に入りにくい地域に引っ越ししてしまったので、amazonで取り扱ってくれないかな＝
