海外に住んでいれば、参考になるかもしれませんが、日本においては全く生活環境も違い、殆ど役に立ちません。
もらい物ですが、産後こんなに分厚い本で、しかも文字列ばかりを読んでいる暇は全くありません。
産前に読んでおける（私の場合はつわりがひどくて、文字を読むのも無理でしたが）余裕のある人は、どうぞ。。

I also have What to Expect When You're Expecting, and it was a good resource, so I bought this book before my baby was born. It's organized by month and is set up the same way as the first book. I use it a lot and appreciate the questions that are answered in each chapter too. I also like the description of what your baby should be able to do each month. My only complaint is that it's big and heavy!
