Wow!! As an experienced traveler, one always thinks they have all their bases covered. After reading this, I realized I'd forgotten more than I remembered about the basics of traveling! The hints are awesome for remembering those things that are often times overlooked. I have a trip planned to visit my parents and sister next month...those trips are seldom "vacations" (I love my family, don't get me wrong). But, because of this book I now have a full schedule planned with activities in my old hometown to make it truly a vacation!!! I can't remember the last time I went "home" to go on vacation. THANKS Kelly for inspiring me to make it fun filled!

Must have travel book for anyone trying to watch their money

Whether you have kids or not along on vacation, this book is a must have for anyone traveling on a budget. Take the work out of researching the places to go or the deals to find, it's all in between these covers. Great recommendations, places i never would have thought of even looking for-thank you for this excellent guide for those of us on a budget.
