    祖結合パターンについて、十分追求しており、似たような同じ本は、他には
    ないと思われる。
    また、パターンの表現にVisioステンシルでの使用を想定した記号を使うなと、
    実用的にこの表記法が広く使えるような工夫がしてあり、祖結合に関する
    表記法のデファクトスタンダートになる期待がある。
    実質的に祖結合上の課題、解決策を示した本は他にはないので
    貴重な一冊といえる。

    システムインテグレーションのためのパターンをカタログ化した本．クリストファー・アレクサンダーのパターンランゲージを意識した構成になっており，パターンの対象ドメインは非同期メッセージングによる疎結合インテグレーション．かなりの労力を割いただろうと思わせる労作で，ことあるごとに何度も繰り返し参照したくなる本．サンプルの質，量ともに適切で実に読みやすい．

    ストレートすぎる本である。ITデザインについては良いと思われるが、金融システムのデザインにまで入ると、無理と思われる。
    このデザインはシステム屋としては理想と思うが、適応することは危険な要素を多分にはらんでいる。

    この本で述べられているモデルと別のモデルを提示していかなければならないと考える反面、無力感が押し寄せることもあるであろう
