Very clear; well written. This book is extremely useful. It is unfortunately rare that compelling content is presented in such a clear manner. This is the book to get. Far superior to the others. The new standard.

James Adams has set a new standard in ER textbooks. Easy to read, with ample illustrations this book is thorough without being filled with useless information. In addition, it is far more up to date in its clinical recommendations than even the new versions of the other more well known texts.

This Book Changed My Life

I never expected to find my calling in emergency medicine. And this book was not responsible for changing my mind on that. However, thanks to this book I now feel I have a better handle on emergency medicine than I ever could have hoped to gain. This book should be required for everyone who's pre-med, attending medical school or working in or around emergency medicine.
