少し大きめの版だが、内容はコンパクトにまとめられている。救急外来で迷うことや問題になることが、PitfallとKey factの繰り返しの中で論じられている。
頭痛と血圧の関係　髄膜炎の症状　急性心筋梗塞と心膜炎との鑑別　C-spineルール　などが明快な参考文献とともに示されている。救急外来で置いておいても、研修医の推薦本としても、役に立ちそう。
ちょっとしたレクチャーなどのネタ本としても役に立つだろう。
おすすめ。
