　この本は英語の専門書です。
　胎児異常の病態・診断(画像中心)・治療・予後について比較的詳しくまとめられています。この本は1000ページを超える洋書であり、通読はよほどの熱意がないと困難でしょう。辞書的に調べ物に使うのが一般的ではないでしょうか。
　私は周産期センターで働くものです。胎児異常にであったとき、過去に経験した異常や知識にある異常であればよいのですが、エコーやMRIあるいは3D-CTでみられる画像が今までの経験や知識からでは判断できない場合に本書を紐解いて調べています。

This is a superb resource for the clinician that deals with prenatal diagnosis! The authors are well-respected authorities in their fields and present the information in a concise, clinically relevant and well-illustrated fashion. No prenatal care clinic should be without a copy of this textbook!

This book is a very good resource for any OB sonographer. I especially like the detailed explanation of commonly recognized syndromes at the end of the book. The book is a must have for any new sonographer. The book is filled with illustrations and ultrasound images that clearly depict pathology that is seen in the high risk OB clinical situation. Descriptions and differentials are also given to help in the diagnosis of many anomalies. It is one of the best OB resources I've seen yet! It is well worth the purchase!
