Very happy with this update. Prior edition was troublesome for me as it was a great reference on the pathophys but didn't really commit to the "How" of managing high risk pregnancies. This edition has more concrete recomendations. The online reference link is great- I keep that page bookmarked and access it from desktop and phone.

Great book with complete information. The website provides the oportunity to update with the recent reviews released. I would not recommend any better maternal-fetal literature.
