The Collected Writings of John Maynard Keynes are essential to everyone interested in the true revolution in economic thought that evolved from Keynes's first works until his masterpieces: The General Theory of Employment, Interest and Money, and his paper published by QJE, in 1937. Keynes's has changed the perspective of economic science, and has made the biggest contributuion to understanding of a real economy, with markets, stock exchanges, banks, governements and all the complications of money. Keynes's economics goes beyond the straits limits of a barter economy. Keynes's works are as important and meaningful for economics as the works of Einstein were to physics.
