コールマン以外のバーナーでも、それなりに使えます。
現在Novaで使用していますが、強火にすればほぼ全体が赤熱します。
snow peakのWGストーブは火が真上に集中するため、今ひとつでした。

真上以外にもそこそこ熱を放射してくれますが、反射式の石油ストーブを想像すると
肩すかしを食らいます。

それよりも、テント内暖房で弱火のまま使うとき、輻射熱で燃料の気化がスムーズになり、
燃焼が安定することが使用するメリットかも知れません。

こちらの商品、切込みがズレテいるんじゃないか、つくりがアメリカンじゃないか、という書き込みを読みつつ購入してみましたが、切れ込みがずれているのではなく、0508A700J側の十字にクロスしている部品（五徳）が正確に角度が開いていない（個体差が有ると思いますが）のが原因かと思われます。この十字になっているところを多少広げたり（力はほとんどいりません）調節するとすんなり入ります。

つまりこの商品が悪いのではなく、0508A700J側の五徳の広がり角度の精度に問題があると思われます。

最初は正直、頼りない感じでしたが、思ったより暖かいです。　
ただ、風が強い日にはウインドスクリーンなどを併用する事をお勧めします。
ストーブのゴトクの位置合わせは別に気になりませんでした。（404タイプ）
アタッチメントを付けても普通にお湯を沸かせるので、とても便利ですが高さがあるので注意　必要です。
